How do you pack your products?

All our jewellery is packaged in a strong jewelry box and sealed securely. We take great care to package the jewellery appropriately to avoid any damage during transit.
Do you offer gift packing?

Yes we do and absolutely free of cost. Once you add products to cart , you will see a "Add Gift Options" box on top of the Checkout tab, click on this and you will see a box where you can write any personal message that you want us to include with the box. Save these options and we will include the message and gift pack your order.

SHIPPING Postage and insurance:- Economy postage is always free but if you want Express Delivery please contact us as additional Charges may apply for it. Postage and packing is automatically added at the ordering stage. We can also send goods by UPS or Fedex or as desired by you or which service is available in your country. If the actual charges are more we could ask you to send some more payment for postage. Generally The product of Riyo Gems is delivered through International India Post or SPEED POST (a unit of India Government) also Via DHL Global Mail and USPS for USA. Shipping and Handling we ship jewelry all over the world. When it comes to shipping, bear in mind… all charges are of India postal speed post. If you need any other private service mentions it advances it require extra payment to be done. Shipping charges are flat 6.99 USD to Ship any where in the World. Some items on our website store are make to order so it will take 2 week time to manufacture it and ship to you. Handling Time is 2 Working Days. Shipping Take 2 to 3 week to reach to you. Some of the items you see advertised on this site are in stock at the time of your order. Please respect Riyo Gems hard work and time spent in creating these items per each individual’s requirements. Some items are held in stock or to be manufacture accordingly and will be dispatched to you within few days or accepted duration by customer from receiving your order. Stamping:- All Silver items comes with “925” Stamp on it. Rhodium or polishing:- if you need any special kind of polishing or rhodium please mention it at the time of order. Packaging:- If you need any special kind of packaging please give the instruction at the time of order. Otherwise standard packing will be done. PRICING Pricing & Payment All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. This may result in your order being delayed until the checks can be done.
